Travel to Austria is possible for touristic purposes.

Proof of vaccination/recovery or a test are no longer needed.

Registration fees (including VAT)

The Registration fee includes following:

  • Admission to the sessions, programme, congress kit and cerficate of attendance, lunches and coffee breaks
  • Accompanying person fee includes admission to the sessions, lunches and coffee breaks

* Registration must be accompanied by letter from your Institution certifying Resident in training or student status.

After successful registration you will receive an invoice. Upon receipt of this invoice, registration will be completed and the booking will be binding.

Payment

Please process the payment within 10 days after receipt of the invoice.

Payments must be done by bank transfer.

Cancellation and refund 

IMPORTANT: Please remember to state the invoice number on all money transfers to the EPSRC office. 

Registered participants who are unable to attend the conference will have their fees refunded as follows: 

  • Written cancellation must be forwarded to the EPSRC office (cancelation@epsrc.eu)
  • All refunds will be processed after the conference. 
  • Cancellations received until 30th June 2023 will be refunded deducting administration costs of 50 CHF.
  • From 30th June 2023, registration fees are non-refundable.
  • No refunds will be granted in case of no show. 
  • If, for reasons beyond the control of the organizers, the conference is cancelled, the registration fee will be refunded after deduction of expenses incurred by the conference.
